Get ready for one of the most challenging and inspiring fitness events in West Michigan! Hosted by 8th Day Gym and powered by its passionate community, GR Games brings together athletes from across the region to test their limits in strength, endurance, and teamwork.

This annual competition isn’t just about workouts—it’s about pushing boundaries, building camaraderie, and celebrating the spirit of CrossFit in the heart of Grand Rapids.   • Saturday, Sept. 20, 2025 – Open Division
  • Sunday, Sept. 21, 2025 – Masters Division (35+)

• Location: 130 Market Ave, Grand Rapids, MI 49503
• Registration Deadline: September 5, 2025
• Cost Per Team: $315
• Team Size: 3 athletes per team

Divisions & Team Types

• Open Division (Saturday): No age restrictions
• Masters Division (Sunday): All athletes 35+ as of event date
• Team Types:

  • Men’s Teams (3 men)
  • Women’s Teams (3 women)

Competition Format

• Check-In: 6:00 AM – 7:00 AM
• Welcome & Briefing: 7:05 AM
• Heat 1 Start: 8:00 AM
• Skill Level:

  • Athletes should be capable of performing movements commonly seen in the CrossFit Open.
  • Full movement standards and workouts will be released closer to competition day.
